We’re producers of special pins and CD welding nails. We produce furthermore a broad range of insulating pins, cut or chamfered for arc welding. What’s capacitor discharge welding? Capacitor discharge welding (CD welding) is an efficient type of welding that allows to fix the fasteners on various kind of materials as iron, aluminium, brass and stainless steel. The process uses the energy accumulated in a condenser battery: the weld is made via the generation of a pilot arc that fuses the tip of the fastener.
